Job Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and experienced freelance babysitter to provide attentive and reliable care to children. The babysitter will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in their care while engaging them in age-appropriate activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and an ability to handle children of different ages.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.
Engage children in creative, educational, and fun activities.
Assist with feeding, diaper changes, and maintaining general hygiene.
Create a nurturing and positive environment for children.
Manage and adapt to children’s routines (meals, naps, playtime).
Communicate with parents or guardians about children’s day and any concerns.
Respond quickly and efficiently to any emergencies or challenging situations.
Maintain a clean and organized environment while caring for the children.

Qualifications:
Prior babysitting, childcare, or nannying experience is preferred.
Infant/Child Care Certification is required.
CPR and First Aid certification is required.
Basic understanding of child development.
Ability to handle infants, toddlers, and school-aged children with care and patience.
A calm, friendly, and responsible attitude.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills to work with both children and parents.
Ability to think quickly in challenging situations.
Problem-solving skills and emotional maturity.
Creativity to engage children in learning activities.
Flexibility with work hours (including evenings and weekends).

Working Hours:
Flexible schedule based on the needs of the parents/guardians. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Rate:
The pay will be based on experience and agreed-upon hourly or daily rates.
