Refund & Exchange policy
Here at City Baby, we are committed to deliver quality products and good customer services to our customers. We will be happy to give you a one to one replacement if it is due to manufacturing defaults. Please ensure that the products are in original condition and packaging with proof of receipt/purchase within 7 days. Kindly note that all goods sold are not refundable unless otherwise stated and no replacement of other products is allowed.
For replacement cases, it is subjected to the stock availability of colours and models. As for defective items, please bring the product down to our showroom together with original packaging for an exchange. We do notprovide pick up service for defective or replacement items.Please bring along the receipt for proof of purchase.
