Yes, we do delivery on the same day of your order. Hower orders must be placed before 7 pm for same-day delivery. Item availability must be confirmed at checkout. Extra charges may apply. Delivery usually takes 1-3 hours depending on traffic conditions.
How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery and collection charges are S$30 each. There may be extra fees for urgent delivery, delivery outside of normal business hours, or on holidays. Please check with the website to get the most accurate delivery costs.
Can I Self Collect and Return of the items?
You may choose to collect the items from us. However the collection address is not in town. It is advisable to check with us before you chose this option. We recommend using our delivery and collection service as it give you a peace of mind and time saving.
Availability of items?
You can easily check if an item is available by selecting your start and end dates on the item page calendar.
We will arrange to collect the item from your hotel's concierge. Your presence is not required during the collection. We recommend taking a picture of the item and its luggage tag at the concierge desk as proof of return
We're happy to accommodate early returns! Please note that refunds aren't available for unused portions of your booking. If you'd like to extend your rental, please check with us for availability.
We offer flexible delivery and collection! You can provide different delivery and collection addresses during booking, or WhatsApp us the collection hotel address one day before your booking ends.
Our baby equipment rental rates are flexible – short-term rentals are $20-$30 per day, while longer rentals (7+ days) enjoy discounted rates of $6-$15 per day. Get your exact quote by selecting your start and end dates.
Service was good. Very fast communication through whatsapp. Convenient pickup and collection service from the hotel. Stroller quality wasn’t great though.
Everything went really smoothly with our hire. The pram was well used but in pretty good condition. Very easy pick up and drop off and accommodating when we wanted an extra day.We also got their shuttle service from the airport which was amazing.
I rented this stroller for 5 days in Singapore. The product arrived on time as expected, was clean and in good condition. Its a double strollers and we used this extensively for the entire 5 days. We rented a Joovy Jogging Stroller from CityBaby about 3 weeks before our arrival in Singapore, and it seriously was one of the best decisions of our recent Singapore holiday. Booking online was straightforward, we requested the stroller to be dropped at our hotel some hours before our flight arrived and it was there waiting for us. It was a large, roomy stroller with plenty of storage - great for tourists - and great for our 3 year old who is taller than average and fitted comfortably inside. He loved sitting on the little seat-light projection at the front of the stroller. We received comments from people about what a great stroller it was, and indeed it was! It had three wheels, and was so easy to manouvre in the MRT, shopping centres etc. We arranged for CityBaby to pick-up the stroller at the end of our trip and this was seamless - we had an early flight for departure and simply left it at our hotel for pickup between 9am and 12pm, which occurred and was confirmed later via email from CityBabyCommunication before, during and after completion of the trip was timely and helpful. In a word, I thoroughly recommend CityBaby if you need a stroller (or, I imagine, any other baby related product). It made our trip so much easier, and I would definitely book from them if we return to Singapore.
Enquiring and booking of baby car seat were a first experience with Whatsapp. Timing of delivery was spot on, but collection was late. The third party agent didn't know what he was collecting. Hence I was reluctant to allow him the seat until he confirmed with your office. The seat booked was in very good condition. Only disappointment was the absence of swivel function for ease of strapping baby in.Overall, a good first time experience. Thank you
