Can I rent a stroller for just 1 day?

Yes, we offer stroller rentals for single-day use. The cost is between $50-$70, with an additional $60 delivery & collection fee.

Do you provide same day delivery?

Yes, we have delivery. Orders must be placed before 7 pm for same-day delivery. Item availability must be confirmed at checkout. Extra charges may apply. Delivery usually takes 1-3 hours depending on traffic conditions.

How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery and collection charges are S$30 each. There may be extra fees for urgent delivery, delivery outside of normal business hours, or on holidays. Please check with the website to get the most accurate delivery costs.

Can I Self Collect and Return of the items?

You may choose to collect the items from us. However the collection address is not in town. It is advisable to check with us before you chose this option. We recommend using our delivery and collection service as it give you a peace of mind and time saving.

Availability of items?

You can easily check if an item is available by selecting your start and end dates on the item page calendar.

How to return the item?

We will arrange to collect the item from your hotel's concierge. Your presence is not required during the collection. We recommend taking a picture of the item and its luggage tag at the concierge desk as proof of return

Do you deliver to the airport?

Hassle-free Changi Airport delivery and collection for only $90! A $60 delivery and collection fee applies to all other Singapore locations.

Can I change the return date?

We're happy to accommodate early returns! Please note that refunds aren't available for unused portions of your booking. If you'd like to extend your rental, please check with us for availability.

Can I return from another hotel?

We offer flexible delivery and collection! You can provide different delivery and collection addresses during booking, or WhatsApp us the collection hotel address one day before your booking ends.

Do you offer contactless delivery and collection?

How much is the total rental cost?

Our baby equipment rental rates are flexible – short-term rentals are $20-$30 per day, while longer rentals (7+ days) enjoy discounted rates of $6-$15 per day. Get your exact quote by selecting your start and end dates.
