Terms and Conditions for Attractions Ticket Purchases

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase and use of attractions tickets (“Tickets”) through the website (“citybaby.sg”) operated by Obizmax (“Company”). By purchasing Tickets through the Website, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Ticket Purchase

1.1 Eligibility: Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase Tickets through the Website. By using the Website, you represent that you are of legal age.

1.2 Ticket Availability: The availability of Tickets is subject to change without notice. Company does not guarantee the availability of specific Tickets or dates.

1.3 Purchase Process: To purchase Tickets, Customer must provide accurate and complete information as requested on the Website. Customer agrees to pay the specified amount for the Tickets, including any applicable taxes or fees.

1.4 Confirmation: After completing the purchase, Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the Ticket details. Customer must present this confirmation (either printed or electronic) to gain access to the attraction.

2. Ticket Usage

2.1 Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date(s) and attraction(s) specified during the purchase process. Unused Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.

2.2 Non-Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged without the express written permission of the Company.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by Customer: Once a Ticket has been issued, no refunds or cancellations are allowed. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their purchase before completing the transaction.

3.2 Cancellation by Company: In the event that an attraction is closed or unavailable on the specified date, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify the Customer and provide a refund or reschedule the Ticket.

4. Liability

4.1 Limitation of Liability: The Company and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the Tickets or access the attraction.

4.2 Indemnity: Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Customer’s use of the Tickets or participation in the attraction.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

5.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company regarding the purchase and use of Tickets, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

6.2 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6.3 Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
