Citybaby reserves the right to impose penalties on the Contractor for failure to meet the following standards:

• Failure to Deliver: If the Contractor fails to deliver listed Equipment to the designated location at the agreed-upon time, Citybaby may assess a penalty of $30. Citybaby may also cancel the booking and issue a full refund to the renter.
• Damaged Equipment: If the Equipment is delivered in damaged condition (beyond normal wear and tear), as determined by Citybaby inspection, Citybaby may assess a penalty of $30. Citybaby will deduct this cost from the Contractor's earnings.
• Dirty Equipment: If the Equipment is delivered in an unsanitary condition, Citybaby may charge a cleaning fee of $90 which will be deducted from the Contractor's earnings.

Repeat offenses may result in stricter penalties, including potential removal from the Platform.
