- Ticket valid 180 days from date of purchase.
- Adult age is 13 – 59 years old.
- Child age is 4 – 12 years old.
- Children below the age of 4 do not require a ticket.
- No refund or exchange of tickets will be made.
- No priority access granted unless otherwise stated
- Operation hours are subjected to change without prior notice, guest may refer to trickeye.com/sg for the latest updates
- Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and is valid till the date stated
- Trickeye museum Pte.Ltd. reserves the rights to cancel any tickets that have been resold and to deny any such ticket holder entry
- Trickeye Museum Pte.Ltd. reserves the rights to reject tickets that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced, purchased through unauthorised sales channels or otherwise
- Trickeye Museum Pte.Ltd. reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict and person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the museum by others
- Lost articles: Guests are advised to make sure that their belongings are kept safely with them all time as Trickeye Museum Pte.Ltd. will not be held responsible for any lost articles
- Liability: Trickeye Museum Pte.Ltd. will not be held responsible for any personal injury or mishap that may occur during the duration of the visit
